EM/8 is a complete, hosted data center monitoring solution, which brings real-time and historical metrics to data center operators. EM/8 is also certified with ServiceNow, directly utilizing the ServiceNow configuration and incident management functionality. This dramatically cuts the time and expense traditionally experienced when deploying a Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solution as it can leverage pre-configured details from the configuration management allowing monitoring services to come online instantaneously without further configuration requirements to be done in another system.
